SCHADENFREUDE

In 1997, I co-founded Schadenfreude, a comedy ensemble in Chicago, with a group of friends from the Second City Conservatory.

Schad has since performed at countless venues around the world, and our multimedia reaches across numerous platforms including 60 radio episodes on Chicago Public Radio (National Syndication) and the Chicago Emmy-nominated TV show "IL-Informed" on WTTW. Our screenplays Alderman and Phudie Mart are in early development (read: gettin' the $$), and we're gearing-up for some shows at the Lakeshore Theater in October!

The current line-up includes Kate James, Justin Kaufmann, Stephen Schmidt and Adam Witt.
Alums include Ike Barinholtz, John Bolger, Mark Hanner and Gillian Vigman.
